On converted mana cost, the entire thing does it cost more than turtleshell changeling  Elemental Spirit 3gb Creature - elemental spirit Flying, Trample When Elemental Spirit leaves the battlefield you may return target creature from your graveyard to play and then put elemental spirit on top of your library. 4/1

let's take a look at the brackets - an interesting feature first thought i'd have: is it an artifact creature? Sphinx Spirit  Artifact Creature - Spirit SphinxWhen Sphinx Spirit enters the battlefield, draw cards equal to your life total. You do not lose the game for being unable to draw a card. Whenever avatar elemental attacks you may remove target player's graveyard from the game.
Whenever a card is put into the exile zone avatar elemental gets +1+1 until the end of the turn.

well that first phrase must be "when ~ enters the battlefield", right? at least tell me we have that much in sight Spider Shaman  Creature - Spider ShamanWhen Spider Shaman enters the battlefield, creatures with reach are unblockable this turn. Whenever a Spider creature dies, you may discard a card. If you do return that Spider creature to the battlefield. 5/2
