Opponent casts corrupted conscience on my creature. I activate my crown of the ages next turn and move corrupted conscience to another of my creatures. Do I get the first creature back from my opponent and give him control of the second creature that I switched the enchantment to?

Yes. Since your first creature is no longer enchanted by the Conscience, you get it back. Since the Conscience is now attached to the second creature, your opponent gains control of that creature.
