Rakdos is not a Sligh card. You really want Hellrider , but he's probably out of Budget for you, so I'd reccomend Archwing Dragon . Sligh wouldn't normally run Faithless Looting. Sligh isn't in it to draw cards. It would be used if we had a Grim Lavamancer in standard. Closest we get is Deathrite Shaman but he can nom cards in any graveyard, so he doesn't need support. I'd suggest looking up my Sligh thread for ideas, it focuses on mono-red options, but I did build up a RB version, which probably isn't in your budget if you can't swing for the Zealots. If you're going to run Vexing Devil , don't run more than 2. I've found Stonewright is fairly week in a non-mono-Red decks. You might want to consider something else. Diregraf Ghoul would be the obvious goto choice. Unless you're looking into getting 3 more Crypts/Summits, I'd strongly consider just cutting to mono-Red. Mono-Red is more budget friendly and the manabase doesn't punish you for varriance.

Well I mean, I can try to get some Zealots through trading and I can afford at least 2. Diregraf Ghoul shouldn't be to hard to find, and I have considered him before. Archwing Dragon looks like a solid choice for a nice 4 damage in. Anyways I edited the decklist.

Stonewright is an absolute house against control (and reanimator, to an extent), because you can deal a lot of damage without committing your entire hand and overextending into supreme verdict . However, he's substandard against any kind of aggro deck. I like vexing devil as a 4 of game 1 in aggressive decks, but again, he's so-so against aggro. If the matchup demands that you race, he's good. If the matchup requires board presence, he's not so good. archwing dragon is good, but I wouldn't use more than 2. drawing multiples is terrible. For a budget version, I would go with 4 knight of infamy and 4 hellhole flailer s, or maybe even do a mix of flailer and guttersnipe . I don't like either Gorehouse or lightning mauler, but I can see the reason for them in the budget version. Maybe pyreheart wolf instead of chainwalker.
