Here is my list, I looked at a bunch of lists on mtgtop.com for RDW, and this is what I came up with.  Oh yes, I just got back into magic in february after a 14 year hiatus, basically if has not been in standard (scars block till now), I am not very familiar with it, and any sideboard suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
4 x Goblin Guide
4 x Vexing Devil
3 x Grim Lavamancer
2 x Spark Elemental
3 x Hellspark Elemental
3 x Ash Zealot
2 x Keldon Marauders

4 x Lightning Bolt
4 x Rift Bolt
3 x Lava Spike
3 x Searing Blaze
3 x Shard Volley
2 x Flames of the Blood Hand

4 x Arid Mesa
4 x Teetering Peaks
12 x Mountain

A lot of these cards I traded for or bought as singles.  I could not find ANY relic of progenitus, so I have 2 Tormod's Crypt for my opponents graveyard.  I also have 2 Torpor Orb and was thinking about 4 Leyline of Sanctity because it looks good for a free enchantment (if in your opening hand).
I am going to my first modern tournament

Cut Sparky and Marauders for 4 Boggart Ram-Gang .  Marauders is only really solid if your shooting for a Burn deck.  On that same vien, cut Lava Spike for a 4th Searing Blaze and Zealot / Hellspark number 4.

Vexing Devil should probably a curve filler like Figure of Destiny or just some aggressive 1-drop like Tattermunge Maniac .

If you can swing for 4 more fetchlands ( Scalding Tarn ), Plated Geopede might be an option.

I did add the 4th ash zealot right before the tournament, cutting the marauders, and adding j  a 4th lava spike.  The lava spikes are coming out as I found them quite blah.  I think I would have preferred 4 incinerates.....  Which probably suck in modern.  I actually have 2 figure of destiny at my LGS, I will be picking them up this week.  What is your opinion of Stormblood Berserker in modern, and also Lightning Mauler ?

I've never been a fan of Mauler, outside a stint in a BR Zombie list I had for Standard before I wised up again.  Berserker seems solid, a posible 3/3 evasive 2-drop is always good.  I might use it in A Rg RDW build along with some other Bloodthirsty dudes so I could justify the Seal of Fire support if you wiff on a 1-drop but have a guy in hand for turn 2.  I don't know how well a list like that would do though.

IMHO, there's nothing wrong with Incinerate.  I'd be more inclinded to go with Burst Lightning though.  Shock early game, late game a possible finisher, or just an answer for 4 thoughness creatures.  Though, if you really just want to off creatures and don't care about the reach, Flame Slash is tech.
