They do what they say they do. If you want a more specific answer, ask a more specific question. EDIT: What I mean and probably should have said is: Apart from some corner cases involving Tarmogoyf and instants, these cards seem pretty straightforward to me. They're certainly not in the Chains of Mephistopheles / Eye of the Storm class of cards where "what the hell does this even do?!?" is a common first reaction. Thus it's puzzling to see that question asked of them. (I love that the first two questions in the Eye of the Storm FAQ are "What the hell does Eye of the Storm do?" and (in response to the first answer) "Buh?".)

A rather vague question, but hopefully I can answer. If my assumptions are wrong, please clarify what info you want. Tarmogoyf has its power/toughness based on the number of card types in the graveyard. If you have 1 land, 3 sorceries and 2 instants, Tarmogoyf will be a 3/4 since you have 3 different card types (Land, Sorcery and Instant). Not sure what the confusion on Steal Enchantment is, it's pretty clear to me. If your opponent has Honor of the Pure out and you hit it with Steal Enchantment then you gain control of it. Your white creatures will get the +1/+1, his white creatures will no longer get the +1/+1. If you're asking how Steal Enchantment and Tarmogoyf interact with each other, then there's no real interaction between the two of them (setting aside Steal Enchantment being in the graveyard and possibly affecting Tarmogoyf's Power/Toughness)

It counts card types in ALL graveyards.

I understand it was a vague question..my bad.... but I was wondering about the card types for tarmagoyf so lets say.. there is a basic land, land, enchantments, enchant enchantments, creatures and instant and sorcerys.... do the different creature types count seperately like human bird etc.. or just creatures? do the enchantments all count as one even the enchant enchantments? i know sounds dumb but I got husband who says that eat thing counts seperatly.. I thought like enchantments creatures etc just a generalized is what it meant

205.2a The card types are artifact, creature, enchantment, instant, land, plane, planeswalker, scheme, sorcery, tribal, and vanguard. See section 3, “Card Types.”The only ones you'll find in a graveyard though are artifact, creature, enchantment, instant, land, planeswalker, sorcery and tribal. So at most, Tarmo will be an 8/9. As for Steal Enchantment , it can get a little more confusing when it comes to auras (if you used it on an opponent's Splinter Twin the creature's controller would still be the only one that could activate the ability to make a token copy, but if you used it on Prison Term you'd be the one to decide if you attach it to any new creatures that enter the battlefield under the opponent's control. If you have any scenarios in mind, please feel free to ask about them.

Tarmagoyf starts out 0/1
then it looks in all players graveyards and asks:
is there at least one creature card in at least one player's graveyard? yes, then it gets +1/+1; no, no bonus
it repeats this question for each other type of card (enchantment, land, sorcery, instant, planeswalker, artifact and tribal) for a total of 8 questions and a max potential bonus of +8/+8

Note that your question about Tarmogoyf is answered right on the card (in its reminder text).
Also, no card has the type "Enchant Enchantment" (or "Enchant creature" for that matter). You may have some cards that have that printed on them, most obviously Steal Enchantment since you're also asking about it, but their offical Oracle text will now say "Enchantment - Aura", with an Enchant ability clarifiying what they can be attached to.
