If a creature has an aura attached to it and the creature gets exiled, does the enchantment follow or go to the graveyard? Example: Fiend Hunter  Exiles another creature, does the enchantment follow? If so when Fiend Hunter gets taken out of the game, does the Enchantment come back too?

The aura will "fall off" and be put into the graveyard. Any equipment on it will fall off and remain on the battlefield attached to nothing.

the Enchantment stays on the battlefield and will be moved to the graveyard for not being attached to anything similar with Equipment, except that it remains on the battlefield unattached there are a few exceptions, like Flickerform  , but they will explicitly say so
