I guess they could just be like the m13 guys and say "as long as a teammate controls a [basic land type] blah blah." but maybe now other people will make collaborate cards

For the creature cycle, I prefer the metalevolence's to the Allies, because the latter need both players to be playing the same colour, which is a bit weird, The cahoots spells seem all fine.

We're going to do this with a little more method now.
Set size is 150.
Each colour gets 12 commons, 5 uncommons and 5 rares (no mythic malarkey).
There will be 10 multicoloured commons, 5 uncommons, 5 rares.
5 artifacts and 5 lands.

Lands will probably be a variation of these:

Abbey's Wine Cellar
Land - Plains Island
As CARDNAME enters the battlefield, you may have a drink. If you don't, it enters the battlefield tapped.

I'll start filling up slots soon.
Nothing really matters.
Anyone can see.

Roll a 6 sided die.  If you rolled a 1, target each opponent discards a card at random.  If you rolled a 2, destroy target nonblack creature.  If you rolled a 3, you draw 2 cards and lose 2 life.  If you rolled a 4, search your library for a card, shuffle your library, then put the card on top of it.  If you rolled a 5, return target creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield.  If you rolled a 6, target player loses 5 life and you gain 5 life.

Whimsical Impulse

Roll a 6 sided die.  If you rolled a 1, ~ deals 5 damage to target creature or player.  If you rolled a 2, at the beginning of each player's next combat step, until end of turn, creatures that player controls get +3/+0, gain trample, and attack that turn if able.  If you rolled a 3, each player discards their hand and draws 7 cards.  If you rolled a 4, destroy all lands.  If you rolled a 5, ~ deals 5 damage to each creature and each player.  If you rolled a 6, roll two more dice.
"Hey guys, check this out.  It's gonna be awesome!"

Divine Purpose 
Sorcery
Roll a 6 sided die.  If you rolled a 1, destroy all creatures.  If you rolled a 2, destroy all artifacts and enchantments.  If you rolled a 3, double your life total.  If you rolled a 4, put 6 1/1 white soldier creature tokens onto the battlefield.  If you rolled a 5, search your library for an artifact or enchantment card, put it onto the battlefield, then shuffle your library.  If you rolled a 6, destroy all permanents.

Wild Instincts 
Sorcery
Roll a 6 sided die.  If you rolled a 1, search your library for a creature card, reveal it, put it into your hand, then shuffle your library.  If you rolled a 2, search your library for 2 basic land cards, reveal them, put them into your hand, then shuffle your library.  If you rolled a 3, each player puts 3 3/3 green beast tokens onto the battlefield.  If you rolled a 4, draw a card for each creature you control.  If you rolled a 5, each creature you control fights another creature chosen at random.  If you rolled a 6, destroy all creatures with flying.

You should add more token producers for Breeder.  

Utilitarian's Calling 
Instant (Common)
Choose one - Target creature gets +1/+1 and gains lifelink until end of turn; or put a 2/1 white Cat creature token onto the battlefield; or destroy target enchantment; or take a drink.

I'm Not in Cahoots! 
Enchantment (Uncommon or more likely Rare)
Creatures you and your teammate control get +1/+1.
Whenever a player casts a spell with Cahoots, you may put a 1/3 green Spider creature token with reach onto the battlefield. 


Undead Servent

: Return Undead Servent from your graveyard to the battlefield under your control.  Your teammate can play this ability.

(This 'fights' those collaborate commons and Unleash.  Also, you don't seem to have a bounce spell yet.  Eh...but you might want more creatures in blue instead.)
Even when the last tree falls, there will be fire.
