this isn't necessary. Haakon's wording is to allow you to play it from the yard and deny other castings. this doesn't need that, only the restriction. restrictions don't give you permission to do anything, just restrict you.
Hence the "If you want to be able to play this without requiring Explore shenanigans," part. Yes, ChaosLight's original wording just works as a restriction, but based on the card as a whole, I had a feeling that wasn't his intention.
