I have some questions about attacking while I have reconnaissance out:

       1) Does using recconnaissance prevent me from gaining the effect of sun titan ?  Will I still be able to return a permanent to the battlefield?
       2) Can I use sun titan to return reconnaissance from my graveyard, then immediately use it to remove my titan from combat if needed?
       3) Can I use reconnaissance to prevent a card like divine verdict from hitting one of my creatures?
