edit: Starts with fewer counters. Costs more mana. Removed Shroud.

So for UU you get four cards over two turns, and are left with a useful artifact at the end of it?

Seems significantly too powerful.

There are card draw cards for just 1, although they do tend to be nicely balanced. I've reduced the power.

It's still ridiculous in terms of power level.


It's more efficient than Divination. I like the 'delayed loot' quirk, but this realisitically costs 4 or 5 as is. Also, shroud seems pointless.

so? you need a loot counter to do anything.

wow, good point with Divination, seems it was a bit cheap.

Maybe the 2nd ability could give Shroud instead of it having shroud all the time, preventing things being discarded into play too. Might allow for a CMC reduction of 1, comes out later than I would like at the moment.

Your new card is less complicated than your previous designs, but you have to stop giving most of them shroud.. Exciting interactions that can be discovered and then abused are very important and make the game fun!

I'll remove Shroud and 1 from the mana cost later.

You could help me with thinking up a decentive for removing it from your opponent after they've used its 2nd ability.
