The deck currently stands at 115 cards, so I need to make 16 cuts from the list.  The main objective of the deck is to ramp into fatties and swing and/or sacrifice them to Jarad.  There's plenty of self-milling happening, hence the low numbers of non-creature spells, most of which are enchantments that sacrifice beefy creatures for good effect. There might be too much ramp, but I'm unsure of what to take out, since I'm hardcasting creatures with high mana costs.  I'd imagine the cuts will be creatures, but any suggestions would be very helpful.

EDIT: Also been brought up elsewhere that 34 lands ( 35 with Dryad Arbor) might be a bit too low, even with all the ramp.  Could use thoughts on that as well.

You don't need a lot of these cards as much as you think you do

You could cut:

Dryad arbor
Paleoloth
corpse connseieur
bane of the living
havoc demon
wolfir silverheart
 avenging druid
 necropolis regent
 Deity of Scars
Sylvok Replicant
Desecration Demon
 Garruk's Packleader
Krosan tusker
 mulch
primordial hydra
yavimaya granger
golgari thug
stinkweed imp
dawntreader elk
scavenging ooze
seedguide ash
splinterfright

Now, I know that you have an arguement for every single one of these as to why they should stay, but most of these are just infererior to the other cards you have in your deck (Pardon my misspellings, I just woke up)

Either way, I have pulled out 22 cards here -- 16 will get you down to the 99 you're looking for, but I also want to have you add some more actual graveyard stuff.

so Three lands will help, because then you've got pretty much 37.6% land or something, which is a good percent. I would say add another swamp, a verdant catacombs and a reflecting pool or something

Then for your bit of "reanimation", you should probably want to play somethings like

Reanimate , animate dead , exhume , necromancy or something of the like
DEFINATELY WANT Victimize in there
And then a mimic vat because that thing will kick some shirt in.

That was great feedback, though this is a budget deck so can't afford Verdant Catacombs sadly.  I like adding in more reanimation, but doesn't removing Corpse Connoisseur runs counter to that?

And anybody have thoughts on Hell's Caretaker

Hell's Caretaker is great.

Also, you could add something like Strands of Night to help with recursion.

Jugan, the Rising Star
Disciple of Bolas (there are much better ways to get card draw in these colours)
Grave Titan (I know, I know, it's a great card.  But does it really help your strategy?)
Mossbridge Troll (I mean, if it's a Johnny-tastic combo you want, sure, but I believe there's better, more consistant options)
Yavimaya Granger
Bane of the Living
Sylvok Replica (Run Acidic Slime instead)
Nezumi Graverobber (this guy has underperformed every time I've ever seen him played)
Puppeteer Clique (Too dependant on your opponents having decent creatures)
Mul Daya Channelers
Necropolis Regent (Your win-cons aren't done via attacking)
Avenging Druid
Oooze Garden
Feed the Pack (Unless you insist on Mossbridge Troll.  Taking the Troll out, though, auto-cuts this card, and probably Grave Titan, too, so there's three less cards)
Mulch

Also, consider fitting Sewer Nemesis in the deck.  He's only got one coloured oin his cost, and I've one-shotted all opponents with it on more than one occasion.  Also consider Pelakka Wurm - recurrable lifegain and card draw.

I do like Splinterfright and Seedguide Ash in this deck (I run both in mine - this tends to be a very mana-hungry deck, with all the big creatures you're flinging around, so the Ash helps out immensly).
That being said, having recursion is a must Sheoldred, Whispering One is one, but I also really like Victimize , Coffin Queen (which could be a straight cut for Pupeteer Clique), Reanimate , Mimic Vat , etc.

corpse connoisseur is fine and dandy, but in a deck with as many creatures are you, I don't think you need him.

Also, checking into a coffin queen would be some hot pasta. Everyone's feedback is just as good as mine and it's really a matter of preference as to how you want your deck to look. I agree with TyGuy about needing an acidic slime, I just personally was too lazy to find a good replacement.
