If i have shirei, shizo's caretaker , skullclamp and perilous myr on the battlefield, and equip scullclamp on the myr. What happens?

It goes to the graveyard. The Myr's and the Skullclamp 's abilities trigger, and you put them on the stack in the order of your choice. Shirei's ability doesn't trigger, since it was a 2/0 creature that died, so its power wasn't 1 or less.
