Howdy, I am only a year old MTG player. I've been playing off and on and been through a couple decks to finally settle on a knight deck. Which has so far helped me win a lot of games now. Only casual of course against friends but I feel as if this deck isn't suffice for me. If you people would gladly give some insight on my current deck to give me more improvements, that would be lovely. And here's my deck: Land: x23 Plains x2 Evolving Wilds Spells: x1 Safe Passage x1 Faiths Reward x1 Dispatch x1 Security Blockade x4 Revoke Existence Creatures: x1 Puresteel Paladin x1 Crusader of Odric x2 Cloud Crusader x2 Accorder Paladin x2 Attended Knight x2 Knight Exemplar x4 Knight of Glory x4 Brass Squires x4 Guardians of Akrasa Artifacts: x1 Ring of Thune x2 Accorder's Shields x2 Swiftfoot Boots x3 Norn's Annex

Pretty talented for a one year old if you could autocard it would help. autocard is [*c]Lightning Bolt[*/c] (minus the *) += Lightning Bolt From what I can tell, it looks good. There are several knight token producing cards in Return to Ravnica plus populate will make the Crusader of Odric much deadlier hope this helps

Oh okay. I didn't know how to do that at first when I was looking at other's posts. So I thought it either did it automatically or they pulled some wizardry. Thanks though, it may not look great but could you reccommend which knight token producing cards I should consider?

You probably don't need any evolving wilds, and the 23 plains should be enough. I'd also not be sure you'd need so many Revoke Existence. What about just adding one or two Devout Chaplain ? then even if there's nothing to destroy you can still attack with her. I don't think you're running enough/game-winning equipment to justify Brass Squire. White Knight is a classic. Cut the four defenders as well for two more Accorder Paladins.

normally I don't play defensive cards like norn's annex in a list like this. I prefer cards like pacifism or path to exile which remove blockers. With this change you should also remove the dispatch because it won't exile a creature often enough. Also a card I suggest for every new player playing a white decklist oblivion ring . It's a great slot consolidator that can deal with multiple types of tricky permanants including creatures and planeswalkers.
Don't be too smart to have fun

The thing I notice is that Accorder Paladin doesn't work with your exalted creatures. The paladin wants you to attack with everything, and exalted wants you to attack with only one creature. If it were me, I would drop all the exalted creatures (even though you have more of them), and up the Accorder Paladins to 4. With Knight Exemplar out, you want to keep swinging with your indestructible knights, and the paladin works better in that case. Spectral Rider could replace Knight of Glory easily enough, and maybe a playset of White Knight for the defenders. Generally, you want to put tons of pressure on you opponent as early as you can, so you want to try and use 4-ofs if possible.

crusader out, not a knight and not too good. knight of glory - a ton of better options, and not the bes usre of your $$ brass squire - not enough equipment guardians - defenders are no go in agro accorder's shield - sux norns annex - sux and not right for the deck. safe passage would serve you better cloud crusader - sux dispatch not enough artifacts puresteel not enough equipment evolving wilds - ?? why is it here? security blockade - pretty bad as mentioned exemplar-->4 mirror entity a nice option there's lots of decent knights you can add. temporal isolation is good white removal

Thanks for the insight guys. But I was thinking about putting more equipments in with this deck. Since I will be taking out most of my exalted creatures and defensive cards. Would prehaps Coat of Arms , Behemoth Sledge work well with this deck? Maybe a couple different knights? I was considering Mirran Crusader and some others. I'm looking to improve this deck by adding some more things in. Not sure if I should or not.
