Hello everyone  Have't posted in here for a long time so please, excuse me if I am posting at the wrong place. Me and about 10 other people are going to make a friendly Pauper tournament and I would like to have your oppinion/advices on my deck. But first, what is Pauper? Pauper is a Magic The Gathering format in which all cards used must have been printed at the common rarity in a Magic The Gathering set or product. Common promo cards are only legal if the card has been printed at the common rarity in a set or product. Other than that, the usual rules for Constructed decks apply (a minimum deck size of 60 cards in the main deck, an optional 15-card sideboard, and so on). If a common version of a particular card was ever released on Magic The Gathering, any versions of that card printed at other rarities are also legal in this format.
Pauper Banned List: Cranial Plating  , Frantic Search  Pauper Legacy Banned List: Gush  My Exalted-Control deck (60 cards):
So yeah, this is the main idea I had with this deck, make a really mana-efficient deck with small creatures that can become quite beastly, shroud and unblockable. Also wanted a touch of control ( Unsummon  , Counterspell  ) and an extra speed/reliability ( Brainstorm  ). Do you guys have any Idea, Suggestiong, Improvement, Comment? & up it goes :P Quite a few views but no answer/opinnion/hate/love  Sorry for the kinda early bump, will have to order the cards tonight so I'm trying to get any words on it

Have you seen any of the new Return to Ravnica stuff? you might be able to find some stuff there, I know they did exalted in the Alara block, so maybe even look there to see if you can find anything to help

I didn't look at the latest edition so I will make sure to give it a look

Deck looks pretty decent. I think I'd go Vapor Snag  over Unsummon and maybe Sighted-Caste Sorcerer  over Guardians of Akrasa  , although I'm not completely sure of that one. Oh yeah, if your willing to splash green, Qasali Pridemage  is a good addition.

Glad to be of help! I did a quick search for cards that you could use, but I didn't really see anything that would be much better than what you are already running. If only Deft Duelist  had hexproof instead of shroud, you could justify running Steel of the Godhead  . I'm not sure how much I like Spidersilk Net  . How has it done for you? Maybe a more aggressive equipment like Bonesplitter  would be better.

Mana curve is really low here. I'd recommend one of these changes to your lands: Either trade out Azorius Chancery  for Azorius Guildgate  , so you have a better chance of having both your colors available on turn 2, or trade some basics out for cycling lands like Lonely Sandbar  , so you can cycle it with its own mana after bouncing it with Azorius Chancery . Also, you might be overdoing it with the Distortion Strike  s and Whispersilk Cloak  s. You have twenty creatures. Four of them can't attack at all, and four more can't be targeted by either of those cards. Consider Rune Snag  instead of Counterspell , maybe.
