Hey people I'm new to magic and I started playing it around three weeks ago when some of my friends brought theirs ( I had some cards from before and they are quite old, and never played them).
And I don't have enough cards - my deck is at 45 now and still wondering what to add to it, but I plan on a regular 60 card deck with 24 lands)

Anyway I quickly noticed a regular all out monster aggro deck isn't going to cut it, so I played a little with combos in this new one:

Lands

9x Plains
9x Mountain

Artifacts

1x Blight Sickle

Spells

3x Scourge Of The Nobilis
2x Double Cleave
1x Fire At Will

1x Temporal Isolation
1x Recumbent Bliss
1x Pollen Lullaby

1x Threaten
1x Incinerate
2x Flame Javelin

1x Order // Chaos

Creatures

4x Battlegate Mimic
2x Belligerent Hatchling
2x Balefire Liege
3x Hearthfire Hobgoblin
1x Restless Apparition

Things I could probably add, but will lose red/white advantage

2x Boggart Ram-Gang
1x Flame Javelin
2x Incinerate
4x Shock

So as you can see, I'm still short 15 cards and I have no idea what to add, but the main thing of this deck should be that it's red/white cards strenghten each other, and I should be able to get quite a bit of damage and life out of the two Balefire Lieges.

Oh and for now I'll only be playing with my friends, and not go to tournament matches since none of the cards are tournament legal :/

So what's your oppinion and what would you reccomend for a good 60 card deck made this way?

You have quite a bit from the Lorwyn blocks, what about Rise of the Hobgoblins ? The Boros cards from the original Ravnica are good, and if you wait until February, the Gatecrash set will be coming out, and it will have the new Boros cards. Agrus Kos, Wojek Veteran beefs up red and white creatures and Double Cleave can give doublestrike. hope this helps

4 Lightning Helix seems like an auto include if you can get them, if not at least 1 more Javelin and 2 more Incinerate.

Remove Dragon's Claw.

Boros recruit and Boros Swiftblade are solid includes.

Path to Exile is also a very solid removal spell.  Or at the very least try to bump the Fire at Will count to 4.

Wow Lightning Helix looks like a great addition to my deck, if only I could get my hands on 4 of those, and yeah dragon's claw is a bit useless for this deck, I replaced it with Blight Sickle ...

18 land is really low. Up it to at least 21, though 23 might be better. (I'd try for 21 and augment it with a Boros Keyrune or two after Gatecrash comes out.)
