I don't like the Lich in rites as you can't cheat out an Angel of Serenity or Grisslebrand for 4.

i only had about 3 minutes to win game 3 of our match (i'm playing bant control, so that's quite an accompolishment). i boarded into being as aggressive as possible. i had the win on the board, but for that 3 minutes or so, he would continually try and open a trade with me, which cost me enough time where i couldn't make the necessary clicks to win.

Well that sucks...
Deck did better than I thought, but I think part of that is because he had T1 Deathrite shaman every game and I ran no removal.
The games he won he was at 40+ life (hit 60 at one point) mostly because of Deathrites.
At that juncture you should be running Chalice of Life  - the sad part is that I'm not even kidding. It's a gross alternative win con in this sluggish format.
I can't tell if you're insane or ingenious. Someone playtest frites/bant with that in the 'board.

I know this thread is all complaining and srsbznss and whatnot, but I only just got to seeing your signature sir and wanted to congratulate you on being awesome.
As for the OP, run rogue stuff. If you aren't having the joy running the top tier stuff of right now, build that pack rat control or that goblin Electromancer/guttersnipe spellfest. You aren't getting any wins anyway, might as well play something heroic and be awesome.

Oh wow, that's some real bullshit. I guess it wouldn't have matter if you change your trade settings because he was still constantly bothering you. I guess that dude was serious about going "infinite".
Also, next time that guy is online guy send him trade requests until he logs off.
