You're mashing up Alara Block and INN block?
UW is just Snapcasters, Resto Angels, Augur of Bolas, Runechanter's Pike, and instants. Pretty much Delver, without Delver. Much more fair than it used to be

Not in this format - the UW Pike (midrange, basically) decks are very uncommon; more of them go to UWR at the moment.
The UW Aggro decks are Champions into Thalia/Precinct Captain/Elite Inquisitor into Silverblade/Geist into Sublime Archangel, with some Feeling of Dread and Spectral Flight as support
It's really not even about giving niche cards to black.
It should be about giving black cards to Niche.

It sounds to me like you're changing decks too often. Ever tried tuning a deck to see if it does better?
I would have killed, literally ended someones life, to NOT have Arrogant Bloodlord riding a giant ant... Good times: Spoiler:

but where DID the other fork come from? Spoiler:

Lord_Zed: I was at my friends house when this happened. He's married and his wife was an excellent baker. She had baked a homemade apple pie the night before.
I was hungry, and my friend convinced me to try those low carb monster drinks. Before this day, I had never triend energy drinks before.
Boy was I in for a treat.
When I tried that first monster, I really enjoyed the flavor, but the taste that it left in my mouth wasn't so good. What was my solution? Drink another!
before I could finish drinking that 2nd monster, I felt it already kicking in(these drinks were not very far apart, we're talking minutes here) my friend decided that it was a good idea to whip out that fresh pie his wife made the night before. I didn't know what to do, since I felt incredibly invigorated, and at the same time, freaked out by the rush I was feeling, but I was also hungry, and my friend have me an entire plate with a fork and said "help yourself." He extended his saucer to me, and I cut him a piece of the pie and handed it to him, then I looked at the pie, noticed that the pie was in an aluminum holder, and dumped the entire pie onto my plate and started eating it with 2 forks. I don't know where I found that other fork, it probably came from my friend. Anyhow, his wife wasn't happy, and I was already in magical christmas land. 2 days later, I was in my friends bed and I slept for 14 hours.
His wife outlawed my from having any of her baked goods for a while(which sucked because I could just show up at there house, steal some sweets, and leave) and said I couldn't have any energy drinks at her house, unless under close watch.
My friend, on the other hand, had to take me out to a steak dinner, because apparently I won a bet where I climbed a tree and didn't die.
The great land debate: Spoiler:

Zendikar had fetchlands, and Worldwake had manlands. What are the new Scars duals called?
Explosive Peanut Lightning lands. Well, that's just what I call them.
i'm just trying to figure out what the point of saying this is. it's just really random.
And so the pot met the kettle.

UW Deck I'm talking about is something that's catching steam on the SCG circuit, and is actually a pretty solid deck. Like it more than UWR.
Here's a perfect example of one, got top 8 this weekend at the Open: sales.starcitygames.com//deckdatabase/di...

J-Man, that deck is very fine. That, in fact, is pretty much the first deck I was running (Minus Sublime/Precinct, +Riders o' Gavony/Oring). It lost to the control in my meta. In fact, the builds I'm facing against currently are in the top 16 the meta. sales.starcitygames.com//deckdatabase/di...sales.starcitygames.com//deckdatabase/di...Jake - It's interesting you ask that. Yes, I've tuned decks. I do a lot of testing in the evenings against a personal gauntlet. Maybe Part of my problem is that my Gauntlet is out of date at this point, which I admit is completely my fault, but we had for a time a meta that was way too liquid to adjust to. As it currently stands, I think I can put together a more effective and new gauntlet. My Current Gauntlet probably should look like GW Human GW Aggro RUW Control UW Flash Reanimator (Seance Varient)

By the way, I was talking about the "UW Flash" deck. No clue what my link sent you to, because its broken for me now.
Pretty sure your gauntlet needs to be this:
GW "Aggro" (really just midrange, but its the Sublime Archangel/Smiter/Silverblade/Rancor deck) UW Flash RUW Tempo Reanimator (think Junk is more popular, but you should test the Seance deck if you are playing a slower deck) BG Zombies (or B/R Zombies) Jund Bant Control Esper Control (or some other non-Bant control variant)
Think those are probably the best decks to run against, and you could probably cut out one or two decks.

In testing with RDW, I've found that I tend to win every game I go first, but lose pretty much every other game. Jund is a really popular deck and can be a super tough match up for sure. Post board, all the decks have a load of cards and just get you dead. Sure you can sometiems ride the storm and curve out, but I've been testing for GP Bochum next week, and the way RDW has performed is exactly the opposite of what you want for a 9 round tournament.

Tokens are pretty popular right now. I've been having pretty good success with an Esper version running Lingering Souls, Sorin, Forbidden Alchemy, etc. Something like this: magic.tcgplayer.com/db/deck.asp?deck_id=...
