Okay, so here is the situation...
Every game of Standard I've been playing for the last month has followed this exact pattern.
Matches: Win- Lose-Lose-Win.
This wouldn't be as upsetting if the pattern was WLWL, but it's bothering my confidence factor somewhat. Over these days, I've played the following
UWAggro UWEnchantment (Like Bant Agro Enchantment, but with less Mana issues) GW Challice of LIfe (Say what you want, being at 50 life is fun) RDW
I'm still pondering putting together a Epic Experiment deck, but here is the thing. Currently the decks to beat at my local shop are either a RUW Counter Control Fest, or it's UW Control, which relies heavily on tempo and Angel of Serenity. I'm not convinced that Epic Experiment will pull through against that kind of control.
I really don't like getting into Counterspell wars. I'm not good at bluffing, and I tend to just miss when I should be countering things. I would prefer not to play that game. I also tend to like fiddly decks, that have cogs that move other cogs that get me to win conditions. Not nessecarily Combo, but Fiddly.
Does anyone have any advice for handling these control decks that doesn't involve playing Counter Wars?

You could give R/b Burn a try. Both Niche and myself have pretty good lists brewed up that goldfish turn 4/5 wins pretty easily. And burn is pretty much golfishing.
It's not as Fiddily as you probably want, but there are some cranks, like Guttersnipe and Deathrite Shaman to help keep up constant damage.

of the decks lists, UW aggro and RDW are probably the best
are you running hellkites in your RDW? if not you should be. also, archwing dragon is really good against UW control decks that don't have a lot of instant speed removal spells.
actually, UW aggro is vague. are you humans or more focused on geist and tempo cards?

I suggest building a RW Humans deck (or just RDW) and hope you get really good support from Gatecrash.
Or, if you want to do something different, try out one of those Invisible Stalker decks. UW Tempo decks really hate Invisible Stalker.

What Anubuss said. The burn deck punishes people who jumped on the bandwagon of big bomb magic because you can just beat them before they even get rolling... and if they keep sketch hands its as good as done. Just race everything and get there.
I'm mouth breathing for the rest of the season.

Mouth breathing? Not a term I've heard in MtG before.

Mouth breathers in mtg are mindless aggro players.
You pantomine pushing your dudes sideways and exhale a deep breath at your opponent. Try it.
One time I lost to triple Tidehollow Strix at a 5k. My friends looked at me and pantomined the dudes being turned sideways and instead of exhaling they went 'Whoooooooooooo!'.
I guess 5ks really should be treated as dirt.

The UW was Birds into KoO into Giest into Silverblade? I think that was the plan. I've built so many decks, I can't keep track of what I played from three weeks ago. :D
