For the talrand/guttersnipe decks, wouldn't mizzium skin  be a good card to run? Also wouldn't Izzet keyrune  be a card to look at too?

I'm a little dubious about Scroll Thief.
this is the best (only) play to attempt it. lots of burn, some counters, and scroll is your "engine". snaps fits in the list.
i've built a list, but i needs an awful lot of tuning. still, there's something in them cards.

You guys are continually missing the point.
I made the thread to get all the people posting UR decklists into one spot. The last thing I want is people talking about Grixis or America in here and running those guys back out into their own threads. Please, do it for the children.
I wasn't trolling, it's just that when I see Izzet I think "Grixis" and then I see you made the thread (have you seen your sig?) it just screams irony.
