Back when I was in high school, I used to write little quotes on the whiteboard of my chemistry class, little, funny things that I'd made up and attributed to an anonymous author. Just tiny things I found amusing. Some time near the end of the year, a substitute teacher game in, read it, and told us a quote she had heard from a 13 year old girl. I don't remember what it was, but the quote sounded deep and philosophical. Then I actually thought about it. I realized that the quote was actually meaningless, but simply couched in the language of philosophy and depth. And that's what your post is. It is meaningless bull**** that you said in such a way as to make it seem sophisticated. But just as a lab coat doesn't make you a scientist, language won't make you a philosopher. Only love of wisdom will. And until then, you will always remind me of a nameless 13 year old.
If its hexproof thats giving you problems you want board sweepers like bonfire sided in. if you can't afford or don't have bonfires, splash white for removing their enchantments can help, or try Glaring Spotlight . It can help get rid of hexproof, and can help you do an alpha strike by spending three mana and saccing it to make all your creatures hexproof and unblockable for a turn.
I'm used to WUB Tokens, WBG Reanimator and RW Aggro. Can't really help with GWU Auras. What specifically is giving you problems? Depending on the size of the creatures, more instant removal could be what you need.

Try warpriest of thune. It gives you another body and destroys an enchantment. We have a guy at LGS store that was playing bant auras before it was a toirnamemt deck.i foi.d out racing him my best option at the time. But now with Sacred Fou.dry splashi.g for white is nice and easy. Give the spotlight a try though as well, because if you can burn their hexproof dude before it gets the enchantments the you get tempo advantage. At most they play 20 creatures and no card draw from the decks I have seen. But then saccing the spotlight could give you a good final push past their creatures, and you won't have to buy expensive lands.
That lists look acceptable. I do not think the deck really needs white as it as a surprisingly hard time hitting it when you need it with only 8 sources. If you make it work, more power to you. Less that 4 Hellrider is probably wrong.
Tibalt is still terrible. Until I see one list that tops a real event, he is terrible. Even if he was good, he is not the card for rdw at all.
4 Hellriders is a lot. For RDW, unless you really want to push into a Mid-Range build, you probably don't want 4, 4-drops.
8 White sources is fine for a light splash, ie: less than 5 cards requiring a single White source. However running something that doesn't tap for Red is a mistake unless you're looking to run a Crucible or 2 for some late game/post-board wipe utility.
Tibalt is definitely not a traditional RDW card, I don't think anyone will try to make that claim. But, in a super low curved deck where you can afford to just hold lands, he does a surprising amount of work just digging, giving you good odds to pitch lands and other potential dead cards, and with high redundacy, when he pitches something you wanted it doesn't hurt as bad as it might otherwise. It makes for a potent rogue Aggro build in a meta that isn't load up with various RDW builds.
After playing the list I posted, I am dropping the single plains. You are right, the sacred foundries and clifftop retreats were enough for a light splash of white in the deck. Also I found I needed more haste, so I am dropping the two stonewrights for two more lightning maulers. A hasted Boros Reckoner would be amazing. The reckoner adds more pressure. Brad, Tibalt is actually good against control, his +1 gives you dig into your deck, and his -4 ability helps get the last few points of damage through. In my playtesting with him he doesn't help you against aggro at all, and I just had to start siding him out in those matchups. He is fun to use as well, or at least thats what I found. I dropped him from my deck for now thoigh because of all the aggro out there right now.
