No mention of Caw-Blade? Seems odd. Blue-white, lots of control, altough I suppose it didn't run anything "Azorius" in the sense of things directly from Ravnica.

Several of the decks mentioned were not played in Standard. Pro Tour Valencia 2007 was extended format. I'd say Simon Gortzens Tooth and Nail was also likely Extended format.

No mention of Zwi Mowshowitz's "The Solution" deck from 2001 Pro Tour Tokyo? When I think of a successful UW tournament deck, that's the one I think of.
