Well whatever the reason is, maybe they shoud check their data instead of telling lies...
One day passed and still no discount, and after the bugs and poor usability of the older versions i won't pay full price for the magic 2013 version :P
It is probably because of the region you live in. Sales and prices are not universal across regions. I live in Canada, and the sale is available to me.

I forget how far in advance I preordered, but I got them shortly after the release day.
I want to like those hats, but they seem kind of plain. And I'd feel conspicuous wearing them to a FNM or what have you.

It's funny that Archon of the Triumvirate is an Azorius card, but Selesnya is the guild run by an actual triumvirate. That seems like a naming miss, in retrospect.

Svogthos, the Restless Tomb – Ravnica: City of Guilds RARE. Svogthos was once an Orzhov cathedral, but the Golgari took it over for their guild hall and brought it to life. According to rumor, whenever the center of Golgari territory shifts, Svogthos itself moves to follow.
What's with the misprints on rarities lately?
