A juge toll me that that lifeloss & damage is now the same thing now. Is ths true?if so where can i find the rule change.
if i use jarad,golgari lich lord 2 make some 1 loss life can thay use lifel link or cards that say if u take damage gain life in response

that is truethat was always true (as far as I know)misread the question, it's not true  damage generally causes lifeloss, but lifeloss is not damage

It is not. Damage causes a loss of life, but loss of life does not count as damage.

They're not the same. Not even close. Most of the time, damage doesn't even result in life loss. Damage can
- cause damage to be marked on a creature
- cause a player to lose life
- cause loyalty counters to be removed from a planeswalker
- cause -1/-1 counters to be added to a creature
- cause poison counters to be given to a player
- cause life to be gained (lifelink)
- ...
And that's not even counter replacement effects.

No, this is wrong. Normally, damage dealt to a player by a source without infect causes that player to lose that much life. But a player can also lose life without beeing dealt damage (see Blood Tithe  , for example)
