This program will guide you through sorting the cards in Return to Ravnica. Just click the card you believe to be generally stronger. When you are done you will get a copyable list of the sorted cards with associated grades which you can then use in rating threads. This is only for people with patience and some spare time though, as it will probably take around a thousand clicks to get through, and that's a lot of decisions to make, even if they are just decisions between two cards.

Are we rating this for limited or constructed or does it matter?
Limited Guidelines:

5.0: I will take this card no matter what: Pack Rat
4.5: Bomb and/or splashable creature or removal: Aetherling
4.0: Excellent first pick first pack, will sway me into same colors: Advent of the Wurm
3.5: Excellent first pack pick two, will confirm colors or possibly sway into second color. Gaze of Granite
3.0: Good in-color addition, or splashable removal/creature: Ascended Lawmage
2.5: Solid pick in-color: Bronzebeak Moa
2.0: Creatures 10-16; removal 6-7. Haazda Snare Squad
1.5: My 23rd or 22nd card, depending on removal. Wake the Reflections )
1.0: 23rd card if I don't maindeck an additional land: Murmuring Phantasm
0.5: This card will sometimes be sideboarded in: Uncovered Clues
0.0: I will shred this card for counters: Possibility Storm

These are the limited forums, aren't they?

Anyway, this is for you, not me. Your results aren't pooled into some database somewhere or anything like that, it just gives you a personal list to use however you want. You could sort everything based on constructed power level if you were interested in that, it wouldn't hurt anything.

Some objections:
sphinx's revelation: Blue sun's zenith wasn't A+ good.
trostani:  Awkward to cast, doesn't read "You win the game" unless you have a centaur or knight token.
corpsejack menace:  A lot of the time this will just be a rhox brute .
hellhole flailer: it's good, but not THAT good. Not bomb-level good, in that it alone wins you games.
jarad: awkward to cast, not that huge except lategame, doesn't win that quickly or consistently.
downsize:  can be a nice combat trick, save your dudes from a trade and save you some life.
codex shredder:  if you're playing a slow control deck, I think you want this.
dark revenant:  2/2 flier for 2 that can trade off with their 2/2s and ensure that your next topdeck isn't a land.
terrus wurm:  surprisingly good.  It's a lategame fatty, and it makes another lategame fatty.
axebane stag:  Given the lack of good removal, this is sometimes actually something you're happy MDing
bellows lizard:  It's like somberwald vigilante in AVR:  sometimes you're playing the super-aggro deck that wants a 1 drop, even if it's mediocre.
psychic spiral:  cast it for like 5-10 and you're probably winning that game, since your draws are more likely to be good and you have inevitability.
teleportal:  Sometimes you just cast this on a clogged board and win.  Like downsize, it would be better in different colors, but you can always splash it off a guildgate or 2.  This format has boardstalls quite a bit.
grisly salvage:  this is impulse + bin a scavenge dude.  How is this bad?
viashino racketeer:  it's OK for curve filler in rakdos.
golgari longlegs:  this is solid.  It can be a curve topper in rakdos and sometimes just be the biggest thing on the board, or it can just stop your opponent from attacking.  With so little removal,  sometimes fat just wins you games.
risen sanctuary:  clogged boards + little removal = fat being good.
selesnya keyrune:  It's mana ramp, or it's a body.  And unlike the izzet one, it's actually a pretty solid one.
concordia pegasus:  swings in clogged boards or blocks 2 power dudes.  Not spectacular, but not bad...
gobbling ooze:  bloodflow connisseur from AVR ate butcher ghouls.  This guys has no easily renewable food supply.
axebane guardian:  manafixing, ramping, and blocks their 2 power dude.  This guy is GREAT.
giant growth:  this is awesome.  It is a 1 cmc combat trick that will lead to your guy winning the fight 90% of the time.
rakdos ringleader:  I don't think I'd ever want this guy as my 6 drop.  He's just 3 power.  Kinda underwhelming.

EDIT: I just remembered.  The Skirges might have been 2x Whipflare and 1x something else, probably War and Peace.

EDIT2:  Currently 4-0 in my first four games with this.  My opponents have been very angry.  I fought off a Wurmcoil from Grixis for six turns before I found my second Dispatch.  Jeez, I can do a lot of damage.

sphinx's revelation: Blue sun's zenith wasn't A+ good.

I don't know, drawing lots cards and simultaneously getting a life bump to get to use them is great, in my opinion. Kiss of the Amesha was great and this scales up from that pretty nicely.

trostani:  Awkward to cast, doesn't read "You win the game" unless you have a centaur or knight token.

I agree. In a deck that can cast her, though, you will almost always have a token (unless you've been trading off, in which case a 2/5 that makes you gain life and can turn any gas into an explosion is still really, really good. I think this is justified.

corpsejack menace:  A lot of the time this will just be a rhox brute .

If it's worst-case is a great creature at a good price, I'm fine with that, but the upside is definitely there, I learned that at the prerelease.

hellhole flailer: it's good, but not THAT good. Not bomb-level good, in that it alone wins you games.

... It's ridiculous against everything but Selesnya and even there it's pretty good. Everytime I've drawn this when I've had it, it's been able to attack (and later Fling if needed).

jarad: awkward to cast, not that huge except lategame, doesn't win that quickly or consistently.

Again, I agree. I didn't have the impression that I ranked this ultra-highly, but a repeatable threat that grows as the game goes longer is extremely valuable, and his Fling ability is very good, too.

downsize:  can be a nice combat trick, save your dudes from a trade and save you some life.

Myeah I've played against this and I realized why Hysterical Blindness never was a thing. But I guess it does have some utility.

codex shredder:  if you're playing a slow control deck, I think you want this.

... Are you ever playing a slow control deck? In my opinion, they just lose in this format.

dark revenant:  2/2 flier for 2 that can trade off with their 2/2s and ensure that your next topdeck isn't a land.

The ability of this animal is the worst ability in the set in my opinion. I hate it.

terrus wurm:  surprisingly good.  It's a lategame fatty, and it makes another lategame fatty.

It's not really that good, it costs too much. I think a lot of people are underrating the speed of the format, and I prefer to be aggressive and cast cheap spells. If I am including 6- or 7-cost spells in my deck they had better be stuff like Niv-Mizzet, Archon, or just Explosive Impact.

axebane stag:  Given the lack of good removal, this is sometimes actually something you're happy MDing

See above comment. This is just worse than a land most times.

bellows lizard:  It's like somberwald vigilante in AVR:  sometimes you're playing the super-aggro deck that wants a 1 drop, even if it's mediocre.

No, no it's not. I very rarely played Dragon Hatchling in M13 and this is so much worse.

psychic spiral:  cast it for like 5-10 and you're probably winning that game, since your draws are more likely to be good and you have inevitability.

It does nothing to affect the board in any way. It might have a perceived upside of milling them out but honestly this is just worse than Elixir of Immortality except against a mill deck.

teleportal:  Sometimes you just cast this on a clogged board and win.  Like downsize, it would be better in different colors, but you can always splash it off a guildgate or 2.  This format has boardstalls quite a bit.

... It does? I haven't really been in one in my 7 draft matches so far. Besides, I didn't rank this that poorly. It's an okay late pick-up if you're Izzet.

grisly salvage:  this is impulse + bin a scavenge dude.  How is this bad?

... It's not that bad? That said, I'd rather be casting a creature.

viashino racketeer:  it's OK for curve filler in rakdos.

No it is snap terrible. 2/1s are basically irrelevant in the land of Centaurs.

golgari longlegs:  this is solid.  It can be a curve topper in rakdos and sometimes just be the biggest thing on the board, or it can just stop your opponent from attacking.  With so little removal,  sometimes fat just wins you games.

This is actually okay, but it's just a tadbit too uninteresting to get a good rating.

risen sanctuary:  clogged boards + little removal = fat being good.

I've been in a match or two where this would be useful, but its cost is pretty prohibitive. Perhaps I am underrating it slightly, but I really dislike playing late-drops if I can avoid it.

selesnya keyrune:  It's mana ramp, or it's a body.  And unlike the izzet one, it's actually a pretty solid one.

It's fine; I'm pretty sure I did rate it over the Izzet one. But it's not as good as the Rakdos one.

concordia pegasus:  swings in clogged boards or blocks 2 power dudes.  Not spectacular, but not bad...

This is actually okay, I might have been a little harsh on it, but not for those reasons. If your opponent are playing 2-power dudes, you're in a pretty good spot already. But this is a great animal to scavenge onto.

gobbling ooze:  bloodflow connisseur from AVR ate butcher ghouls.  This guys has no easily renewable food supply.

I agree, I rated him pretty low. But there is aura-based removal, and there is scavenge. He is not useless.

axebane guardian:  manafixing, ramping, and blocks their 2 power dude.  This guy is GREAT.

Again, I don't really think I'm that afraid of 2-power dudes. If they are in a deck that cannot detain my blockers I am probably not playing against a good opponent.

giant growth:  this is awesome.  It is a 1 cmc combat trick that will lead to your guy winning the fight 90% of the time.

I know, it's a good combat-trick. You'll want one or maybe two, tops.

rakdos ringleader:  I don't think I'd ever want this guy as my 6 drop.  He's just 3 power.  Kinda underwhelming.

I agree, I think I rated him fairly low overall though he might be better than he looks.

I think our views might be colored by the fact that I playtest sealed a lot and you seem to draft a lot.
