Lets say i block some 10/10 opponents attacker with
loyal sentry
and use
cloudshift
after that.
Will his attacker die and i take 0 damage ?

Even if you blocked with a
Tundra Wolves
and cloudshifted it, you'd still take 0 damage. Once a creature has been blocked, it stays blocked for the rest of combat.
Obviously, using Loyal Sentry is more hilarious, but I wanted to make sure you got that tip.
