Discuss what? It's a 0.

Except of course in the Arbor Elf into Ranger's Path into Wit's End T4 play which happens... Rarely.

Read: Never.  How many people actually play this card enough to have that happen?

But yeah, 0.

The thing I find funny about this is that it's common counterpart Mind Rot is actually playable, and an even better card when you could be casting the Wit's End

Nothing is more sad than opening this in a booster pack.  Not even sure you can trade this away.

Making an opponent discard their hand should probably be worth or something, well maybe because of Mind Sludge . But seven is just way too much to pay for this effect.

I was a big fan of Mind Sludge, but not this. I think 5 mana is the cutoff for cards of this nature, anything more and your opponent has likely dumped his hand already.

Another 0.

Been a long time since I've seen Mind Sludge, no idea how it worked out in limited, but I do remember actually casually playing with it, so yeah 5 mana is still marginally playable.

Not 7

Mind Sludge was insane in mono-black limited decks. T5 opponent discards their hand. There's only a handful of limited decks that can win after that. It also made the coin flip exceptionally important if you were playing or facing a mono-black deck that included them in multiples.

0.5, since it can be boarded in against control decks and probably single-handedly crush them. i vaguely remember being beaten by this once upon a time.
