Try the casual decks area of the forums. Also a good way to search up cards by color, cost, name, type or whatever is gatherer.

The biggest things about a deck for a new player is balancing the card selections
sigil of the empty throne
is a fine card when used correctly, however, it is extremely difficult to get the #'s right for a new player between
creatures
auras
lands
other
and also to balance the mana cost of these spells. The thing to keep in mind with that card is that you can use
pacifism
types of cards to trigger your enchanntment. Aura's by nature are terrible cards because the opponent can automatically 2 for 1 you with a removal spell. So be really picky about which auras you choose.
elephant guide
types of auras are one way to help improve your chances of getting usefulness out of your aura.
rancor
has some built in ability to make it better than most auras not to mention that it's very efficient (2 power and trample for 1 mana) while other auras tend not to be quite as efficient.
Angels as a whole are somewhat difficult to build around as a tribe because most of them cost 4 or more mana. I like the idea of a soldier angel deck and those tend to work pretty well because it helps your mana curve out to have small efficient creatures. The next set to be released (gatecrash) will have a R/W angels and soldiers theme to it so look for that in a few months.
