If 3/3 creature with d. strike hits player it deals 6 damage in total right? But what if this creature has also trample and it's blocked by normal 1/1? Would it deal 5 dmg in total?

Yes, it would (well, it could).

You choose whether it deals 1, 2, or 3 damage to the blocking creature in the first combat damage step, with any left over damage being dealt to the player or planeswalker it is attacking.

Then, in the regular combat damage step, it deals all 3 damage to the player or planeswalker it is attacking.

That makes no sense to me.

If they spelled the ability out on the card in full then it would not be allowed in a mono-black Commander deck, but because they used a keyword to save space it is allowed?

Yup, just like you can have Birds of paradise in a mono green deck but not Noble Hierarch . YAY COLOR IDENTITY

I love this description. Like the cows are sponges filled with milk. I can see it all Nick Parks claymation-style with the cow's eyes bugging out momentarily as a giant farmer squeezes it like a squeaky dog toy, and milk shoots out of it.
