hi, i have 2 questions about this card: eye of the storm  1) what would happen if there were 3 cards exiled with it then i played an epic card  ? 2) could i use nivmagus elemental  's ability on the copies?

1) the Epic spell is exiled and you copy and can cast it and the other 3 exiled by EotS
2) as long as you control them, sure

no, it is exiled and never resolves
however you do have the option of casting a copy of it

note: once you cast a copy of the exiled epic spell and it resolves, you won't be able to cast any more spells from Eye of the Storm
