You'll always want the blue one to be even. I'd change it to mill and tap or I dunno. Draw X cards is usually rare .

I s'pose I could change it to tap. X is going to find homes in every rarity. This set is all about the X.

I actually don't like the Godyl sorcery cycle, simply because you have to choose targets regardless of if you've paid an even X or odd X to cast it. Example 1: I cast Godyl's Gluttony for X=6. I still have to choose 6 artifacts which are valid targets, even though they won't get destroyed. Example 2: I cast Godyl's Grandeur for X=8. I still have to target a creature. Oh hey! My opponent kills that creature in response to my spell because they understand the rules as well as, if not better than, I do. The spell's only target is now an illegal target, the spell fizzles, I gain no life even though I paid an even amount for X. Honestly, it's not that annoying for the black one. But either way, I think you'd be better off finding a way to template them so that they're modal, but at the same time only modal based on what you paid. Because as we all know, you don't have to choose legal targets for all modes of a Bant Charm when you cast it, only the mode you choose.

Perhaps
Choose one--Destroy X target artifacts, where X is odd; or ~ deals X damage to target creature or player, where X is even.
So you choose your mode and then have to pay a valid cost.

I don't know if knifethrower's wording works, but I think "choose one" is necessary here. how about: choose one--if x is even ~ deals x damage, or, if x is odd, destroy x target artifacts. I'm pretty sure this works.
the only problem with this is that you can still choose to destroy artifacts when x is even.

Yeah, that would work, but I didn't suggest it for the same reason you stated (bolded). Sure, the artifacts wouldn't be destroyed due to the X not being odd, but...
There is another way the spells could be worded, but I think it would seriously mess up the way pablo intended the cycle to be. Using Godyl's Gluttony for example:
Godyl's Gluttony Sorcery If X is even, ~ deals X damage to up to one target creature or player. If X is odd, destroy up to X target artifacts.
The good side: You don't have to choose X target artifacts when X is even. The bad side: You can now destroy an even amount of artifacts when you pay an odd X, as opposed to needing there to be exactly that many legal artifact targets.

Meh. Maybe I'll just take away the three last ones. I don't really feel like "fixing" them. New cards: Two-Fingered Horner Creature - Satyr Druid (C) Creature spells with a converted mana cost of 10, 12, 14, or 16 cost 2 less to cast. "Just wait until I lose one of these."2/2 Shadowy Figure Creature - Shapeshifter (C) As long as Shadowy Figure is in your hand, its converted mana cost is the number of your choice. "You get what you pay for."3/2 I really need to improve my FT skillz.
