This is my U/W midrange spirit deck that I've been running for a while now. Its been very successful thus far, but with M12 cycling out, I'm losing

, which while a decent deck manipulator, really falls short compared to its predicessor. Check -> Order/Shuffle -> Draw. I'm looking for any other options, but nothing is exactly popping out at me, even outside fo the one drop range.

I've been looking at
Azorius Charm 
as a utility card, but the deck manipulation helped a lot. I've also been looking at Jace, but I don't know which one to go for. I'm also looking for shock lands, but at this point $15 a card is way too much.
