[C ]Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord[/C] ⇒ Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord "Sacrifice a Swamp and a Forest" means "Sacrifice a Swamp, and sacrifice a Forest" There are two things to sacrifice.

Notice Jarad uses the word «and», which constrains you to pick two objects. Compare with Sundering Titan , which uses the word «each», thus allowing you to pick te same object more than once.

Sounds familiar?

You sure? I would think "Choose a Forest and a Swamp, then sacrifice them" would allow to choose the same card twice. It's "choose" (doesn't remove from the pool of options) vs "sacrifice" (removes from the pool of options) that makes the difference.
