I'm pretty sure this is a given. I wouldn't be surprised if we see this next on the back of the success of Avacyn. Though I think that the angel choice here is way off. FTV always seem to be about cards with stories rooted in history. With that my choices and explanations:
Serra Angel - You have to include the original angel. Regardless of whether this card sucks, it would get alternate art and be put in because it's the first angel and the one that everyone remembers when they played revised. Platinum Angel - It's use since it was released throughout magic is pretty self explanitory. Lightning Angel - One of the best angels Twlight Shepherd - Pretty EDH playable Voice of All Akroma - (tough call on which one it would be.) Angel of Dispair - Invented Solar Flare Restoration Angel - Will be format defining by the time the FTV comes out Baneslayer Angel - WoTC can get away with printing this fan favorite here instead of in another core set. Desolution Angel - Black Angel in the set for sure. Gabriel Angelfire - Throwback classic. Iona - Obvious Maelstrom Archangel - Seems like this would be an auto include in an FTV angels set. Reya Dawnbringer Entreat the Angels - Seems awesome for a FTV Angel series and has competitive stories behind it (Block miracle deck winner)
That's 15, seems reasonable for a FTV series. The only problem is that there really is no money card in this. So it would go over like a lead balloon. See Dragons, or Legends.
I would buy it though for sure if the list looked like that.
According to everyone on these forums. You should only play the best decks in whatever format you want. You are a bad player and should just quit if you intend on using anything else.
Anyway, FtV: Enchantments does seem like the next logical move. Previous posters have already listed a bunch of good ones, so there's no need for me to list. There are so many good ones that aren't on the reserved list, too.
I think they'll do a FtV: Planeswalkers after about three or four years when there is actually a decent pool to draw from. I'd also like to see Vault sets from older blocks (i.e. From the Vault: Mirage Block), but the older sets would be hampered by the reserved list, much like my happiness.
