Are we seriously using goldfishing as the baseline for the aggressiveness of the format? REALLY?

And I'm playing Scepters this season.

I'd just like to point out that selesnya aggro-ramp can goldfish on turn 4, but I would never even consider using that as a baseline for the deck's aggressiveness.

Consistent goldfishes aren't a perfect metric, but they don't do an awful job of assessing the benchmark aggressiveness of the format.

It should be about giving black cards to Niche.

It's a good benchmark for the speed of the deck, but goldfishing only works if the format is highly non-interactive. Two interactive aggro decks can easily go more rounds than some control mirrors, so it's far more important to look at the average turn length of games where specific decks win, because that's what will shape sideboards and metagame shifts.
