Jman, I've mentioned that I've been using Angel of Jubilation over Phantom General since they fill the same role, and I didn't want any more four drop anthems, maybe another two drop anthem like Favorable Winds could work though. And CarbonatedSoda brought up Champion of the Parish to me and since I've replaced it with Doomed Traveler; I probably should update the OP list though so people don't have to find the second one. Increasing Devotion or Geist-Honored Monk could help me with late game push if I decide I want five drops though. But, for some of  the other suggestions I'm getting like Captain of the Watch and Requiem Angel are too slow for this sort of deck I feel. And I'm not going into a fourth color in this deck though.

Make sure you denote the removal of Champion in the second post. If you are worried about pushing through late game, Increasing Devotion will (in most situations) provide more power overall than Monk, and it will be harder to block. Favorable Winds has mixed effect though, and I'm not a huge fan of it overall.
Also, sorry for somehow missing that post where you address champion, but manage to read every other post. I thought I was being all smart.
Last suggestion, you might want a 24th land. Play the deck some, then decide.

And why noooooooot add a fourth color? Come on, embrace your inner greedy magic player. A consideration is to run a ton of shock lands (like, all the GWBU shocklands) and get some Gavony Township going on. I really like playing decks with lots of colors, if you can't tell. Blame cubing.

I was thinking about going up to twenty-four lands, but well I'm greedy too. Although 23 has been fine so far, but that could just be a good luck streak, my deck would just crap out if I miss my third land drop, and I really need something proactive to do on turn two, all I can think of is Precinct Captain but he just doesn't look like he would be impressive in action. I'll test with the five drops out of the board for now to bring in against decks that I want extra power against.
