For creatures/spells such as Korozda Guildmage  , Essence Harvest  , and Triumph of Cruelty  dose the power and toughness decribed on the card the original base power/toughness or buffs included?

Included is the «by default» value you should use everywhere.
The only exceptions are copy effects: only those wiggle with «base» P/T, excluding buffs.
