Plus, it's not just for hexproof creatures. You'd be able to move a Pacifism or Narcolepsy onto newer, bigger threats later in the game. With a Flickerwisp , it'd mean stopping a quicker drop early in the game and shifting it to a beefed-up baddie later on, which is awesome. And Sun Titan would be great against decks with lots of removal - if an opponent wipes the board before your Sun Titan 's out, you've got that enchantment in your back pocket for the rest of the game.

You can't beat Ancient Wilds if an Elderscale wurm is out or ED if a worship is out  without a mind control so while playing these decks is less common it seems like the flickerwisp has enough utility to warrant running 1x....I can't see running a MC....too expensive at a slot that already has too much good stuff....It also might be worth running a Titan just have a card in your back pocker or to retrieve flickerwisp but at the same time my games aren't lasting that long with my AS build....I'm not digging in graveyards, etc... The nomad has yet to be of use to me once in around 40 games...Too good a card to cut though...or maybe I just think so.

Actually, what am I even thinking? Winds of Rath takes care of both decks...I can't see running a flickerwisp at all unless you are running a control build. It only helps in the mirror match whereby I can't kill an AS player with pariah and indestructibility....thats the only weakness...

Flickerwisp is actually not a bad card in 2HG the sense that it can "refresh" cards like Massacre Wurm, Captain of the Watch or Chancellor of the Spires. It can also cause a player to lose the game if you flicker Phage, not to mention giving you Mind Controlled creatures back, as well as killing tokens.

I agree completely. My 2HG Aura Servants build wll look a lot different than my 1v1 aggro clobber build.

I'd run them both in 2HG with a deck with a lot of ETB effects...It would work great on a Runescar demon, grave titan,...

Atually, could it make a massacre wurm do 4 damage? You cast it and it does -2-2 and kills whatever it can and then I flickerwisp it and it does another -2-2 in the same turn? That would be sweet....

I may have to try a Liliana/AS build since Liliana has some good ETB candidates...Nekrataal, Even the stock of the Reiver Demon could go up in this build....plus you have your own Titan...

I just need to finish unlocking the deck....I wish the psn store would just LET ME GIVE THEM MY MONEY.

Like seriously, what kind of store doesn't want me to GIVE THEM MONEY?

.   Won't work with massacre wurm, the creatures will already be dead. In 2HG it's best for the lands I mentioned earlier and against any stolen permanents. I would also use it with bof and world fire if Tripp ran it. Would be fun I guess. Oh, and if you flicker a flicker wisp, then you can use the returning one to flicker a card you want to survive or remove for an enemy turn. Should return on either their end step or your upkeep. Panoptic mirror may be a good target, not sure if you can still imprint afterwards though.

Karstien, with the massacre wurm I meant can you kill creatures up to 4 toughness? Suppose your opponent has a bunch of chump creatures and calls a demigod in and has two. Your partner on your turn calls in a massacre wurm, all the chumps die and the demigod goes to 2 toughness. You flicker wisp the worm, it comes back and finishes off the demigods.

Then you pray he doesn't have another one next turn lol...

Ahh, I thought you meant 4 damage to the player per creature, my bad. I can't for the life of me recall whether the creatures toughness is restored in the upkeep or the end step, so it's dependant on that I guess. I'll say it's worth testing, and even if it is the end step, like I think it is, the wurm may still trigger first. Stll only 2 life down per creature though, no matter the toughness.

End step comes before the cleanup step. So you should be able to get total -4/-4 during the end step. But given the failings of the hexproof which you should be able to do, who knows how this reacts.

Robvalue: Copy target bug or glitch. You may choose a new card for the copy...
