Another M13 card to rate is... Slumbering Dragon Spoiler:
Show
5.0: First pick no matter what pack. 4.5: First pick pack 1. 4.0: I will strongly consider playing this as the only card of its color. 3.5: I feel a strong pull into this card’s color. 3.0: This card makes me want to play this color. 2.5: Several cards of this power level start to pull me to this color. 2.0: Should generally make the deck if in this color. 1.5: Decent filler. 1.0: 23rd card if you have to. 0.5: This card will sometimes be sideboarded in. 0.0: I will never put this card into my deck (main deck or after sideboarding).
I kind of like this card. I mean the flavor is awesome and this thing can be decent if you get it out turn 1. It is by no means what I would consider a high pick though. 2 Discuss!

I don't like this card at all. I consider it more sideboard material once I know my opponent is a beatdown deck rather than a control deck and are lacking in removal.

By the time this thing is online you've been smacked in the face and your opponent has a solution for it. Even getting it turn 1 and getting it down, this dragon is a dud.
Tolkein was a jerk. Seriously, what DM sends 9 Wraith Lords at a Lvl 2 party of Halflings.
The only 'correct' way to play D&D is by whatever method is making the group you have at that session, have the most fun.

Also it's awful against what is touted as the best deck by a lot of people, exalted. has a lot of removal available that just shuts this down, and they only have to attack with one guy and that one guy is generally attacking for about three to five uncontested damage.

I wanted to like this card but it has consistantly underperformed. Perhaps something in the 1.5 range?

1.5. Not sure I'll always play this in a deck featuring red, but at least it's a 1 drop that can make your opponent waste one of his removal spells.
