Second again so far.
Also, I fully agree with the mafia MVP... JaC is too damn hard to catch as scum. Even when I started being sure he was scum, I was not sure and had to invent some plans to fish for reactions... which he would have probably passed and I would have had nothing to use against him...
Oh yes, JaC's a genius at this.

10. tmich City of Brass Drifter il-Dal Rainbow Vale 18. thatmarkguy Black Lotus Mana Crypt Nath's Elite Can people doublecheck my logic and execution here? It's a dramatically close race on both matches (if I worked it out right, in both matches I lose on the upkeep of the turn I would have won on attack) When I go first me:him life totals after each turn 1a: 20:20 (I play Black Lotus, Mana Crypt, cast Nath's Elite) 1b: 20:19 (he plays City of Brass and casts Drifter) 2a: 17:15 (Mana Crypt hits me for 3, I attack with Nath's Elite for 4) 2b: 15:14 (taps City of Brass to upkeep Drifter; attacks for 2; plays Rainbow Vale) 3a: 12:10 (Mana Crypt hits me for 3, I attack with Nath's Elite for 4) 3b: 10:9 (taps City of Brass to upkeep Drifter; attacks for 2) 4a: 7:5 (Mana Crypt hits me for 3, I attack with Nath's Elite for 4) 4b: 5:5 (taps Rainbow Vale to upkeep Drifter; attacks for 2) 5a: 2:1 (Mana Crypt hits me for 3, I attack with Nath's Elite for 4) 5b: 2:1 (did not upkeep drifter, it dies) 6a: -1:1 (Mana Crypt hits me for 3; game ends during upkeep) When he goes first: me:him life totals after each turn

4. Zokorad Invisible Stalker Ornithopter Saprazzan Cove 18. thatmarkguy Black Lotus Mana Crypt Nath's Elite And another disagreement, the spreadsheet has it 6-0 for Zorokad but I see 6-0 for me. I cast my Nath's Elite on my first turn, and he gets to block it twice (on two separate turns, assuming he's not stupid enough to cast them both on the same turn - perfect information). So I hit him with the Nath's Elite 4 times in the 6 turns (my 2nd thru 7th) for 16 damage. On those 6 turns the Mana Crypt his me 6x3=18, and then on my eighth turn the Crypt kills me.

In this wierd format I have assumed that you are treated to have won all coin flips with mana crypt.

The discussion earlier in the thread about Mana Clash strictly indicates the opposite.
Opponent plays to win. Player plays to win. Every coin flip outcome is chosen by opponent (who, playing to win, will choose to have it go against Player) .

The deck plays to win the game, it doesn't play to get the most points.
Everything Mown does is elegant.

My point was that just because you score differently doesn't mean the games play any differently.
Everything Mown does is elegant.
