If I cast a kicked Rite of Replication and copy the spell with something like Dual Casting , Increasing Vengeance or Riku of Two Reflections , is the copy the kicked or the unkicked version of the spell?

Yes, it copies all choices made when casting the original spell.  This includes modes, targets (though most copy spells allow you to choose new targets), and any additional costs (like kicker).

what it does NOT copy is what mana you spent on the original spell
so a copied Firespout will do absolutely nothing (not even increase storm count)

Thanks. Now part 2:

So I copied a kicked Rite of Replication , and used it to copy an opponent's Sun Titan 5 times. Each Titan token can potentially return one permanent with CMC or less from my yard to the field, but if I understand it correctly, all 5 tokens enter the battlefield at once when the Rite resolves, the the 5 ETB abilities go on the stack and resolve one at a time. So I cannot, for example, return a Champion of Lambholt to the battlefield with the first Titan ETB ability, and then get a +1/+1 counter on the Champion for the other four Titans, because they've already entered the field. Is that correct?

Correct. The five Titans already entered the Field. But the four other creatures will feed Lambholt.

however the Champion will get counters for the other 4 creatures, if you got that many in the yard
