I have a feeling that sealed is going to be super super slow...making that 15-18 estimate for cheaper cards potentially high. :P

There is a mistake in the article: it says that "Prereleases are the only tournaments where you're allowed to change your deck from match to match". You are actually allowed to do that in any limited tournament that doesn't use decklists.

MTR 7.2:
Players participating in Limited tournaments that do not use decklists may freely change the composition of their
decks between matches by exchanging cards from their deck for cards in their sideboard without being required to
return their deck to its original composition before their next match. T

Is the store responsible to use decklists or not?

I've always played pre-releases with decklists...

Always changed my deck to the first one.

Is this a rule? Every store must do not use a decklist, or is it an optional item?
