There will be 11 commons, 3 uncommons, and a rare. If the rare is a mythic rare, then it is a guild leader. The colors of the cards will match the colors of the guild.
What we do not know:
What are the odds of getting a mythic rare instead of a rare?
Is it possible to get dual lands?
Is it possible to get any of the appropriate colored commons/uncommons/rares? (For example, can I pull an Azorious Justicar in a Selesnya guild booster?)
Have any guild boosters been opened to shed some light on these things we don't know?
I am hoping the guild promo will replace the basic land.
The guild promo is a foil they hand out to you, ala mtg daily.
Limited Guidelines:
5.0: I will take this card no matter what: Pack Rat 4.5: Bomb and/or splashable creature or removal: Aetherling 4.0: Excellent first pick first pack, will sway me into same colors: Advent of the Wurm 3.5: Excellent first pack pick two, will confirm colors or possibly sway into second color. Gaze of Granite 3.0: Good in-color addition, or splashable removal/creature: Ascended Lawmage 2.5: Solid pick in-color: Bronzebeak Moa 2.0: Creatures 10-16; removal 6-7. Haazda Snare Squad 1.5: My 23rd or 22nd card, depending on removal. Wake the Reflections ) 1.0: 23rd card if I don't maindeck an additional land: Murmuring Phantasm 0.5: This card will sometimes be sideboarded in: Uncovered Clues 0.0: I will shred this card for counters: Possibility Storm
B) not guild-aligned mono-colored cards that are in that guild's colors. (For example both Izzet and Rakdos players will be able to open Guttersnipe ).
I, for one, hope that the basic land is replaced with the appropriate gate.
If that was the case then it would have been listed as containing 12 commons. I doubt they'll put a basic land in the guild booster to be honest, again I figure it probably would have been listed and a single basic land isn't really needed for sealed which is all these boosters are designed for.
I seem to also remember a recent Ask Wizards where someone asked if you could open Vraska in a Golgari box. The answer was "no," but then qualified with something like "the only mythic you can open is your guild leader, or a rare in your guild or guild colors."
I can't find the question, but I'll try to, because I'm not 100% sure about my memory here!

In the recent article about the prerelease, WotC specifically states that if you should open a mythic in your guild booster, it will always be the leader - not Vraska, for Golgari.

If they spelled the ability out on the card in full then it would not be allowed in a mono-black Commander deck, but because they used a keyword to save space it is allowed?
You want to make a milky drink. You squeeze a cow.
I love this description. Like the cows are sponges filled with milk. I can see it all Nick Parks claymation-style with the cow's eyes bugging out momentarily as a giant farmer squeezes it like a squeaky dog toy, and milk shoots out of it.
