- Xbox 360

- I just activated the expansion and one deck pack
- After downloading the DLC I lost a part of my progress (campaign). A day later I lost all my decks and cards as well. I deleted the DLC and the game from my Xbox, and downloaded it again. No luck.
- I did not loose my Personas, player rank and achievements. I did loose my decks, deck key (I had one due to DotP 2012), campaign progress etc.
A solution would be to give all affected players enough deck keys to unlock all decks.

- I think it happened after I bought the Expansion.
- Everything lost, all unlocked decks, all unlocked cards, all campaign progress, although the 'player status' seems to remember my achievements and my stats.

downloaded new deck pack everything was fine for a day or two then game completely reset campaign progress lost decks locked but game still has my achievements and stats

- One account and one system.
- No DLC.
- I was playing the game fine earlier today, then I exited and started the game a few hours later. Then all off my previous progress was gone and I was asked to chose previous gaming experience. This is the second time this happens.
- I lost all my unlocked cards and campaign progress but my achievments on Steam seems to still be there.

My 2 sons and I play this on the XBox.
My campaign progress just disappeared tonight, weeks after I bought, downloaded and played the first DLC pack and the free multiplayer pack 1.
It still has the cards/decks unlocked, and achievements and score.
I will not be playing this until this is fixed - my time is MUCH too precious to risk losing my deck unlock progress.
WotC - you are LOSING CUSTOMERS because of this problem.
Address it.

on xbox other games have had similar issues i've heard you can resolve by creating a cloud save before loss and then loading it after loss. is this true with dotp?

this thread was posted about 3 months ago and this still seems to be a ongoing problem. is there any recourse for people who lost decks that they spent money/ms points unlocking? Xbox support stance seems to be basically sorry about your luck it's a data corruption issue and all sales are nonrefundable and advise taking it up with the publisher but there's been no response about a fix which is a shame i love this game but i can't/won't play it for the fear that more of my time and money will be flushed down the drain. we need a fix or at least a statement addressing this issue and where to go from here.

- How many accounts and/or systems you use to run the game (if you have multiple PCs for instance).
Only iPad
- Whether or not you’ve activated any DLC for the game.
Activated all of them
- Your most recent actions before and after noticing the issue.
I don't know anymore. I've resetted and rebooted several times, didn't help though
- What exactly was lost as far as saved progress is concerned (ie decks, player rank, achievements, campaign progress, etc…
I've lost the 10 promo unlocks from Sepuchral Strength. Nothing else.

I still show my achievements, but all card unlocks have been lost. I contacted support, tried the fixes they suggested, to no avail. Hoping a server reboot will do the trick. I don't envy grinding all those deck unlocks again...
Sean, is it possible for you to grant deck key unlocks once my loss has been verified? At least I could start from there...I only play 2HG and I need my decks...

Fine on 1 computer, then computer hardware failure. The new setup there everything except steam info.
