- Steam, PC
- One Account , Two systems
- I have expansion and it was activated.
- Playing free for all against a AI (do not remember which deck) and then when i started the game on the other computer all the progress was gone.
- All the deck i had unlocked, the campain progress & challenges.
Some help in this matter would be great. Thanks!

1. Steam 2. One Account, One system 3. I have bought the expansion dlc 4. I accidentally downloaded the steam cloud sync instead of uploading the local machine saves 5. I lost all of my unlocked decks: ED, CW, OD, PK, GG and AS, SS, GM + my campaign progression. I seem to have retained my ladder rank and my achievements If anyone knows if there is a way to redo sync options on steam, please let me know! Support from Wizards would be great as well  Thanks in advance!

Steam/PC Just 1 computer/account. Expansion Steam cloud sync was off and didn't know what button to pick. Obviously picked the wrong one. Lost everything except for steam achievemnts.

3.Activated promo codes for extra cards in original decks, but no extra DLC
4.It's been a while since i played but all i really did was play online
5.Had unlocked all original with the completion of a few, can't remember what ones, kept
acheivements on steam, lost campaign progress, assuming i lost most things in game.

- Not the DLC expansion, but all the promo codes.
- Not sure, haven't played in a while but when the DLC was released i noticed it was gone.
- I lost everything except the achievements, however i lost the personas that come with said achievements, lost all deck unlocks and all the cards from them including promos, lost all single player progress,

4. I got a message that told me the steam cloud and local files were not synced. This happened like 30 minutes ago. I chose the steam cloud option (ofc the wrong one...)
5. I lost everything except the achievements.

4. I received a msg that my local files were not synced with the cloud. Chose to use info from the cloud. When the game started it was like it was brand new.
5. All of my achievements are still unlocked, but all of my campaign progress was lost and all of my decks are locked. I had finished all of the campaign (with the exception of the puzzles) and had unlocked all of the original decks.

XBox one account/system Bought DLC played fine and then recently, all progress in campaign and unlocked cards gone. Still have achievements and stats

Xbox One account Purchased Expansion Pack Unlocks are gone, of course acheivements are still there
Why havent we heard anything on a fix for consoles? Is their even anyway you can fix this for us? If you can't fix it then please consider giving out deck keys, you have that mechanism why not use it to give us what we are entitled to.
