I play on xbox and only have one account. I was doing revenge campaign against Krenko and decided to switch decks, everything reset except cards. I have the expansion and the mana mastery deck pack.

i have the expansion and the first deck pack and all the promotional unlocks
playing two headed giant with my friend splitscreen
i lost all campaign progress with the player personas
I also happened again about a month or two after the the initial incident and i lost what progress i did make in the campaign again but it gave me back the player personas and again it happened after playing two headed giant with my friend split screen.
i never lost any deck progress.

There have been various reports of save game loss from Duels 2013 users. In order to get as much detail as possible I’d like everyone experiencing the problem to direct their feedback to this thread. Give as much detail as you can. Important things to include are:
- What platform you’re playing on.
- If using Steam, your username.
- How many accounts and/or systems you use to run the game (if you have multiple PCs for instance).
- Whether or not you’ve activated any DLC for the game.
- Your most recent actions before and after noticing the issue.
- What exactly was lost as far as saved progress is concerned (ie decks, player rank, achievements, campaign progress, etc… )

xbox 360 play on two different xboxs yes on dlc I lost every deck and card I unlocked. Months of working to unlock decks and cards gone. Can you fix?

Lost all my decks this week. First time it happened for real after +400 hours.
Other times were just out of sync between my 2 computers.
Other error I noticed it's that some statistics are wrong. For example my best score in life is 20, even I have already beaten a game with more than 1000 life. But the value doesn't change.

PS3 player. My old PS3 died (RIP) and so went out and bought a replacement. When I logged in, I saw that all game progress had been lost, and all decks that I had unlocked were now locked again. Had to spend more money on buying deck unlocks. Also noticed that all info (except for Trophies) recorded under the ‘Status’ tab had reset (eg player stats such as most damage, persona unlocked etc). Even the online leaderboard rankings have reset: person from the Sony helpdesk thought the only explanation for this is that some of the leaderboard info must be kept on the hard drive, so buying a new console would have the effect of resetting all leaderboard info. He said that if that is the case, it would be an absolutely ‘crazy’ thing for the developers to have done.
Whatever the explanation, I am more than a little annoyed

You cannot play on 2 different PS3's using the same account without reseting everything every time you switch machines. That includes, of course, getting a new to you system. We have 2 in our house and I found out that fact the hard way luckily a week or two after the game came out.

3. Yes DLC is activated, the additional released decks
4. Nearly completed the main campaign
5. I kept all my achievements, cards unlocked, but campaign wise all is locked.

- Laptop, WIndows 8
- BuckWild
- Just one account , only the laptop.
- Didn buy any expansion nor any keys .
- Was playing a Planeswalker Duel , had to log off . When i started the game again , i lost everything .
- Lost all unlocked cards and decks. All of Campaing and other was lost. Sill got my acheivement but no player profile . Lost all track of life amount and such.
Very frustrating indeed. Dont really feel like starting over again .
I sure hope someone can fix this for everyone so that ppl can keep playing instead of giving up and leaving .

I know it's 178 posts but if you scan this thread you will find ways to keep this from happening again (cloud saves), and if it does, how to have your information backed up so you may retrieve your decks and other information.
