I recently lost partial save progress on the xbox 360 version. Loaded up and saw all my campaign progress was gone, personas were gone but I still had all my decks and unlocks. Reloaded the game and the personas were back, but the campaign progress is gone. I did nothing different then normal when I last played it
Edit: I have the dlc, I am the only active account and only account being used.

There have been various reports of save game loss from Duels 2013 users. In order to get as much detail as possible I’d like everyone experiencing the problem to direct their feedback to this thread. Give as much detail as you can. Important things to include are:
- What platform you’re playing on.
- How many accounts and/or systems you use to run the game (if you have multiple PCs for instance).
- Whether or not you’ve activated any DLC for the game.
- Your most recent actions before and after noticing the issue.
- What exactly was lost as far as saved progress is concerned (ie decks, player rank, achievements, campaign progress, etc… )
-Playing on Steam -Have one account, but playing on two systems (desktop PC and laptop) -DLC activated, specifically the expansion pack (did not purchase the full deck unlocks or foil conversion). -Most recent actions before: played game on laptop, which was previously used to play, but without the expansion. The update was downloaded, the content was converted, and it was like I never played the game before. This I expected. I went to play on my desktop and it was completely reset. Upon realization, I played a few games, unlocked a few decks, and I re-entered all the promo card unlocks. -What was lost: Decks, campaign progress, all unlocked content up until that point, avatars. Achievements seem to be intact since they're tied to Steam, however.

A big shout out to wizards_sean for resolving my issue on steam!
Another shout out to Wizards_Sean and Wizards for addressing the issue and offering a solution.
I'm sure Sean has PMed most of you who put your information on this thread, but if you haven't been reached yet, I would suggest you contact him directly. I'm sure he is very busy right now trying to contact all the users but he was very prompt with me.

Oh wow, are people being sent keys or something to regain their progress? That's excellent news, and I'm much impressed if that's the case.
I hope this will apply to every platform and not just Steam.

Unfortunately not. I lost all progress on the Xbox version and I wasn't given any keys to unlock my decks. The proposed fix can only be used for the Steam version. Anyone not on Steam is quite simply SOL.

I'm guessing they are not able to help through xbox or another platform or they would. I hope they can fix the issue soon on other platforms. I really appreciate the help and concern Wizards showed on behalf of the DotP community. Please do not lose hope on other platforms! I thought at first they could care less, but I have been proven wrong. They do seem to care, so there IS hope for other platforms, if it is possible.

1. Platform is Steam (PC)
2. Just one account
3. I have bought the DLC for duels 2013
4. My internet wasn't working so i reset the router and when it came back on, a message appeared. The info on my computer and the info on steam were different, so i had to choose to either copy my computer info to steam, or copy the steam info to my computer. I chose the first option, which i guess i shouldnt have done, because now NONE of my cards are unlocked.
- I had every card unlocked (40) for all 15 decks.
- Since then i have used the promotional codes so now i have at least 10 out of 40 for all 15 decks.
5. What was lost? The only thing i care about are the cards and my multiplayer rank. The rank seems to have stayed the same.

This is why we should have our saves on our consoles just like every other game out there. I wouldn't be going through this right now if the save was either on my console or my thumb drive, as I would have kept a backup for it on a different storage device, but couldn't do so because we don't have our save info.

- Steam
- 1 account, 2 PCs
- Purchased the expansion decks.
- Was told to update my data to a new format. Data was lost when I started.
- All decks available, various progress on some decks (~10 unlocked per deck on average) but definitely Jace's deck was fully unlocked. Basic campaign complete.
Update: I'm not sure if it was fixed without knowing, but I figure it's worth putting it out here. I went to my second machine, and I was prompted with a steam cloud conflict. I elected to use my local file over the one in the cloud that I knew was wiped. I recieved an error about 15 seconds later that it could not complete the action, and I chose not the play the game on that machine. When I returned to my first machine, my progress was restored.

1. Steam 2. 1 PC, 1 account 3. expansion pack 4. played some, unlocked some - then stopped playing for a while, then bought expansion. Today wanted to continue playing - but the previous progress is lost. 5. unlocked decks and cards are lost, unlocked Garruk deck (pre-order bonus or whatever was that, was from the start) remained, achievements and player stats remained, campain progress is lost
