Seal of Doom is really tempting me, but Stampede Driver grants IWIN buttons. Since it wouldn't be in a splash color, i think it gets my vote.
D&D rules were never meant to exist without the presence of a DM. RAW is a lie.

Cards I would be comfortable with are Battlefield Percher and Laccolih Grunt. I don't think we really saw much black in pack 1, and, like others have mentioned, seal of doom is not at all a committment. let's go with the decent body in Grunt.

Also take the Grunt. It's almost like a 2/2 first striker for 3.

My sig was so awesome it broke Browsers, I had to remove it. Support Magic Fiction! oh my god, AWESOME! Then changing the Slivers was your idea! haha lol
Occassionally when catering, I've been put the task of arranging Fruit and Cheese or Grilled Vegetable platters. More than once a high class buffet has started with the mark of Phyrexia upon it. Since i've got a good eye for color so it looks great to people who don't get the "joke" (it's a niceley divided circle after all: the outline gives you 4-6 "regions" to work with), this has actually got me put on platter design more often, resulting in Phyrexia's presence at more private and industry events.

Grunt. I've always liked cards with this ability, even when it was only one way and had to be dealt to the creature blocking.

Laccolith Grunt, and hope that Laccolith Rig wheels. Fun trick - throw the Rig on an opponent's creature and you've basically made it incapable of attacking.

The Grunt. Making it impossible to really block a creature effectively is potent. They can't chump it and trade, as the damage occurs prior to combat damage, they can't chump it and just kill off a smaller creature as you can divert the damage to a larger threat, you can't over block it and gain any real advantage as they'll send the damage to something that it can kill before it dies. First strikers are useless against as well. Very little has the versatility of the Lacoliths, and anything that has this ability should be a high pick in Nemesis.
So easily the grunt, and as was said before hopefully we can pick up a rig to shut the opponent down.
