Yes as it's entering the battlefield you can have it enter as a copy of a creature on the battlefield. If you do it will no longer be a spirit (unless the creature it copies is also a spirit). You would still have to exile it.

would it still be a token?
Yes. Whether something is a card or a token is not changed by copy effects.

Yes. The Clone card never leaves exile.

I'm still having trouble with concurring copy effects. Why is it not a Spirit? And which rule covers this case?
«Dystocracy : A system of government in which corrupt leadership colludes with dishonest bankers and greedy elites in order to ensure that productive members of society –people who actually do useful work- bear the greatest share of taxes while gaining the least benefit possible.»
Sounds familiar?

Because seance's copy effect must apply first before clone's does. So first seance makes a token copy of a clone, except that it's also a spirit. The part that makes it a spirit is part of seance's copy effect. After that the clone that is also a spirit is entering the battlefield and it can make a copy of a creature on the battlefield. When it does it loses it's copied characteristics and becomes a copy of the new creature. Since the clone's copy effect does not state that it retains any of it's characteristics it would lose the spirit creature type when it copies the creature on the battlefield.
As to rules quotes, I could quote some if you like, but the reason it works the way it does is because the seance's and clone's effect both apply in layer 1. If seance's effects applied in both layer 1 and layer 4 then it would be applied in a later layer and the copy would also be a spirit.
