Of course this is mythic. Among other things, it's pretty much an auto-win in limited. I really like this card and I won't be surprised if it shows up in some standard decks. It doesn't really affect the board immediately, but like Grave Titan, it gives you a better board position even if it's removed.
I kind of want to run at least 1 in Rakdos. The shennanigans for this card are hilarious with the 3-drop that was previewed the other day. If anything, she could be the 6-drop Rakdos is looking for if their namesake is not up to par or costs 7. Which I doubt but is possible.
Kind of a boring card... not really playable in standard. The only way this would have raised an eyebrow is if it was legendary. Talk about a powerful general in EDH. That said, she probably would be too powerful, thus the non-legendary status and the boring.
As an EDH player, she is absolutely going in any deck I have with black in it in EDH. Ghave, as was stated earlier is just bonkers with her. Mono Black? Yes I'd like all of my creatures to double in size when they swing into the empty board after Plague Wind.
Yes, this isn't a standard card, but mythics are supposed to be splashy bombs and this one certainly fits that bill.
