What if we all designed a card for each color, and then picked which color each person designed the best? So we can collaborate on which we like the best for each person and select the appropriate color? How does that sound? I'll plan on that happening until further notice.
Whenever Riddling Thief deals combat damage to a creature draw a card. Whenever Riddling Thief deals combat damage to a player, discard a card. Whenever another Ally enters the battlefield under your control, untap Riddling Thief.

Again, not a traditional ally, but I feel this could be potent in an ally deck seeing as it can both attack and block if necessary. It also poses a very important choice to the defending player, which I like. Unfortunately, I feel this is way more black (especially given the body I put it on) than blue; but I already used a definitely black ally, so blue it was.
Reach Whenever Flojuun Sniper or another ally enters the battlefield under your control, you may tap target creature. It doesn't untap during its controller's next untap step.

It's an elf, it's an archer, it's an ally. What could you expect from something like that? I feel that I could possibly get away with , thoughts?
Extravagant Cleric -- Creature - Human Cleric Ally (R)
Whenever Extravagant Cleric or another ally enters the battlefield under your control, you may search your library for an aura card, and put it onto the battlefield attached to a creature you control. Then, shuffle your library.

I feel this is too powerful. I think I should make it put one from your hand onto the battlefield instead. and lower the cost to . I dunno.
Koidaan Warlord -- Creature - Human Barbarian Ally (R)
Haste Whenever an Koidaan Warlord or another ally enters the battlefield under your control, you may pay . If you do, untap all creatures you control and after this phase, there is an additional combat phase.

This was supposed to be my common slot... and it got kinda out of hand. Now, I am debating between 4/2 human barbarian with haste, or a 4/3 Human shaman without haste?
DONE!

No, I did not rip that from Kentaro . Really. (Nah, I totally did, but it is an idea isn't it?)
I'm both chaotic and orderly. I value my own principles, and am willing to go to extreme lengths to enforce them, often trampling on the very same principles in the process. At best, I'm heroic and principled; at worst, I'm hypocritical and disorderly.
I know that this is unorthodox, but I must interject. Altimis, some of these are just blatantly overpowered. NAME and NAME are candidates for being put on Power 9 list. Whilst the rest of them aren't even worth playing in Limited. I mean NAME is like 1,000% drawback. Nice flavour text on NAME though.

Oh wow! I didn't see that! I didn't even see how NAME interacts with Overrun like that! I'm editing the ability on NAME now. Thanks for the heads up!

The flavour of this card is the most cringyest I have ever seen. Ew; look at that name and flavour text! That aside, I like the concept. The first ability works well with the flavour; "I discard a card, so what I'll gain some life". The second ability doesn't; "My creatures gets smaller, Oh no, it doesn't!". My gut feeling is that it should be more life gain and that would tie in better with the whole flavour. Balance-wise, again the first ability is fine, the second is not; Devoted Druid breaks this thing. The second ability also seems a bit off-colour; more green than white. 5/10
This made me smile slightly. Only slightly that is. The flavour is fine and surprising ties in very well with the mechanics of stopping extra things from happening. The mechanics are also fine, works well against blue and its power is curbed by being symmetrical. Personally, the wording I would have gone for: 'If a player would draw a card except for the first card that player draws in their draw step, that player skips that draw instead.' - so they can't cantrip in your turn. Balance-wise, Maralen of the Mornsong is more powerful than this but does the same thing - essentially. My final worry, is that the ability is a bit bleedy - I would probably put the ability in white philosophy but it works so well in red. I'm a bit undecided about that. 8/10
Well, this is a little odd. Flavourfully, it feels very black; "I leave this underling to die if it furthers my power and knowledge" instead of white; "I'll try and protect all those who need protecting, like the weak, even at the expense of myself". I would prefer perhaps if you could choose the target so the brave stand up for those in need or you counter if at the expense of some life or card advantage (either discard or opponent card). I also feel a bit of disconnect between name, card and flavour text - the name implies changing the target, card implies letting the person die and flavour text implies countering the ability. Mechanically and balance-wise, I think it works well. Only as a black card. P.S. Did you get my message about Aztal? 7/10
Hmmm, at first this seems a bit narrow, a card confined only to the sideboard. But it also tingles my inner Johnny wanting to break this with colour changing effects . Mechanically, it reminds me a bit of Crib Swap which is a cool card to be reminded of, even if the flavour is so vastly different. On the subject of Crib Swap , I feel like it should really exile the creatures not destroy them which also supports the flavour more. Flavourfully, it's great, even without flavour text. 8/10
Absorb is back, eh? This is cool use of it and the flavour is absolutely bang on. The flavour text just brings the whole card together. Mechanically, I like how it works great against Red's direct damage and Green's big creatures and that it encourages you to play (an allied colour). Balance-wise, it seems a little bit strong, on average if you've built and played around it, it's going to be about Absorb 2-4, sometimes even 5+. That's a huge advantage to have in combat. Also, what happens if your opponent has more cards in hand than you? Absorb -X? What! I don't think that's a real problem as stuff like that would be covered in the Comprehensive rules (and might be already). 8/10
To me, it seems as if you made a vastly powerful card (a Hexproofed, Spells have shroud/are uncounterable, no counters other than +1/+1 can be used, 0/4 Defender) then balanced it with a huge drawback which makes it practically unplayable (whenever anything enters combat, most of the time one of its triggers are going to happen). I guess it could find a home in Turbo -Fog decks but those are generally unfun and don't get much attention. It just seems too good and too fragile to use. Flavourfully, it's okay but the flavour text confuses me... Later: Oh, I get it. Still no. 5/10
There's lots of things I really like about this card. Mechanically, it's awesome. A Narcolepsy for non-green/red creatures but a limited Mind Control for green/red creatures. It's great that the card isn't narrowed into just colour hate. The fact that it taps in it's owners upkeep is weird, but good weird. It makes you think how best you want to play this card, one of the most fun aspects of the game for me. For me balance is fine as it is only a limited Mind Control . Flavourfully, I'm not blown away but it's good. My final nitpick is that it's weird that even if the enchantment goes away, you still keep the Mind Control ed creature. 8/10
Well, this is certainly creative and good hosing of mainly white but a bit of blue as well. Mechanically, this a bit close to Everlasting Torment to be too original. It has memory issues but perhaps that isn't such a big deal as the damage will quickly stack up and the creatures will die. Also, I don't really see the pay-off between Wither and this, it just seems like too much remembering for not a lot of gain. Flavourfully, this is great, especially the name. 8/10
You say it's an enchantment, but it looks like an instant to me. Typo aside, this seems a bit narrow and has an unfun playstyle. In general, I like my hosers to have more generic capabilities but work especially well against those colours. This doesn't. Balance-wise, I think you're safe with Thalia, Guardian of Thraben as a precedent. Flavourfully, this is fine, the flavour text is nice. However, my biggest concern is how it plays, which for me is not well. 4/10
This is very clever hate, it works well with green white tendency to gather lots of creatures. Mechanically, it's very nice; similar to Stronghold Discipline just on a body. Flavourfully, this is also great. Balance-wise, I think I would of costed it at least more, possibly more or reduce stats. Other than that, this is very nice. 8/10
This is very good, I like this a lot. Balance-wise, it's weak as a 1/1 for but if you're playing against it gets insane; for a 3/3 Hexproof Regenerating Snake is too much. Personally, I would have upped the cost to . Mechanically it's great and reminds me of landwalk slightly, snakes know the habitat so get abilities associated with that colour. The flavour is pretty good even without flavour text, but I always think flavour text is useful/helped/wanted. At least by me. 9/10

So far Febb has called red. I'd like to call black. Maybe we should each call first come first serve and then if someone else has a burning desire to make an ally of a called color, they do it as well and we can decide who's is best, mkay? Guul Draz Shambler - Creature - Zombie Warrior Ally Whenever an ally enters the battlefield under your control, if ~~ is exiled, return it to your graveyard. Unearth 1/1 "He died for the cause. And he'll do it again."
I thought it would be interesting to have an ally with unearth to give more opportunities to pop the ally enters the battlefield effects. Then I went on to more recurring-ness by letting allies inspire him back into undeath. Sug
